Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially announced that the UPSSSC PET Exam 2025 will be conducted on September 6 and September 7, 2025. This crucial Preliminary Eligibility Test is the gateway to numerous Group C posts in the state.

The commission has now released the City Intimation Slip on its official website, upsssc.gov.in. Candidates can now check the city where their examination center will be located. The much-anticipated UPSSSC PET Hall Tickets 2025 (Admit Cards) are expected to be released in the last week of August 2025.

1. Eligibility Criteria:
The primary eligibility requirement to appear for the UPSSSC PET exam is that a candidate must have passed High School (Class 10) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

2. The Selection Process:
Clearing the PET is just the first step. The complete recruitment process for any specific Group C post typically follows this path:

  • Step 1: PET - This is the initial screening test. You need to score above the cutoff.

  • Step 2: Mains Exam - Only candidates who qualify PET are eligible to apply for and appear in the Mains exam for a specific recruitment.

  • Step 3: Interview/Skill Test - Depending on the post, this stage may follow the Mains exam.

  • Step 4: Document Verification - The final step for selected candidates.

SYLLABUS
